Product Guarantees:

All of our Regatta products come with a 12 month guarantee; however our Isotex products have a 3 year guarantee on apparel and a 2 year guarantee on Footwear. Our Isotex fabric is waterproof, breathable and windproof to keep you dry and comfortable in the Great Outdoors! We’re so sure it will offer you ultimate protection that we offer a 3 year Guarantee with all our Isotex products. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased directly through the website, please contact us directly . We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from our website . We do not offer a monetary refund unless purchased directly from ourselves via the website.

In the unlikely event of a problem and you purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please return any product within 12 months together with your receipt, to the retailer from whom it was purchased.

This excludes damage caused by misuse, abnormal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, improper care of product, also if product is not used for its recommended purpose.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and does not affect your statutory rights.
