Step 3 Package your items securely along with your completed returns form. Any type of packaging can be used as long as it is secure.

Step 4 Click the button below to arrange a convenient courier return! Please note that there is a charge for arranging a return.

Step 5 Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off location and bring along your QR code or printable label. If you've chosen to print your own label, please make sure this is on the parcel. You will be able to track your parcel until it reaches us.

Step 6 We will process your refund within 14 days of drop-offand will send you an email to let you know once it has been processed!

You can arrange a convenient and paid return with a courier. Please click here and follow the instructions.

If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement.

If you no longer have the form, please include inside your returning parcel a note with your name, order number and details of the items to be returned.

For orders paid for with a credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay, your card will not be charged for the cancelled item and any pending funds released within 10 working days.

If paying by PayPal, a refund will be processed for the cancelled item within 48 hours.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the returned item being collected by the courier. If you have posted the item back to us, you will be refunded within 14 days of the parcel being received back at our warehouse. We will email you once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of returning your item, please contact us.
