You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.
You can arrange a convenient Evri ParcelShop drop-off for £2.95 or home collection for £3.25. Please click here and follow the instructions.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of being dropped off or posted and we will send you an email once it has processed.
Online orders can also be returned to any of our official Regatta high-street stores. Please note, items ordered directly from our website cannot be returned to any of our stockists, concession or 3rd party retailers.

Store Purchases
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 30 days after purchase. If bought from one of our Regatta high-street stores, it can be returned to any of our other high-street locations.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.
All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee. If your item is faulty then please contact us so we can resolve this for you and provide instructions on how to return.

All of our Regatta products come with a 12 month guarantee; however our Isotex products have a 3 year guarantee on apparel and a 1 year guarantee on Footwear. Our Isotex fabric is waterproof, breathable and windproof to keep you dry and comfortable in the Great Outdoors! We’re so sure it will offer you ultimate protection that we offer a 3 year Guarantee with all our Isotex apparel.
